The Classroom Educator Course is 30 hours and the Associate course is 60 hours. The courses provide the knowledge base for individuals to use the Orton-Gillingham Approach in a classroom, group, or 1:1 setting. The Classroom Educator and the Associate Training Courses cover the OGA curriculum. It does not include a practicum, which is required for Academy membership. The practicum can be arranged on request after the coursework is completed.

3 GTRE credits available for an additional fee.

Practicum: Participants have the option to complete subsequent practicums (for an additional fee) to work towards certification through OGA.
